RECITALS :
NOW THEREFORE based upon the foregoing recitals which are expressly made a part of
this agreement, it is agreed between the parties as follows:
AGREEMENT:
1. City of Sorinafield Resoonsibilitie~.
A. While the exact location of the access described in the Jasper Road
Extension Agreement cannot presently be fixed, the City of Springfield
Supplementary Agreement to Agreement for Construction of Public Improvement Jasper Road - 1

agrees to locate access at the appropriate location described in the Jasper
Road Extension Agreement.
B. The City of Sp.ringfield, or Lane County as appropriate, agrees to
provide MiIland Properties interim access to the Jasper Road Extension to
continue until complete access is available.
2. Milland Prooertie';!.
Milland Properties acknowledges and agrees that it will be the responsibility of
Milland Properties to seek and obtain any necessary fill permits (including any
mitigation which may be required) for wetlands on the Milland Properties to
accommodate the location of the intersection contemplated by paragraph 6.F of
the Jasper Road Extension Agreement.
3. Effect on Aareement.
TI:le Jasper Road Extension Agreement remains unaltered by this Supplementary
Agreement except to the extent any of the obligations of the parties under the
original agreement could be construed to be inconsistent with the agreement
herein.
