The first party hereby grants, assigns and sets over to the second party an easement, to-wit:
Situated in the City of Springfield, Lane County, State of Oregon in the Southwest 1/4 of the
Southwest 1/4 of Section 25, Township 17 South, Range 3 West ofthe Willamette Meridian and
described as follows:
Being a strip of land 5,00 feet wide, the centerline of which is the constructed location of a
private sanitary sewer lateral, said private sanitary ~ewer lateral lying approximately as follows:
Beginning at a point near the northwest comer of Lot 9, Block 4 of Mohawk First Addition, as
platted and recorded in Book 15 on Page 23 in the Lane County Oregon Plat Records, said point
lying on an existing public sanitary sewer main approximately 6 feet northerly of an existing
manhole and approximately 8 feet easterly of an existing property line fence; thence in a straight
line southeasterly to a point on the south line of said Lot 9, last said point lying approximately 41
feet easterly of the southwest corner of said Lot 9, .
