" ) 5 4. 6 During the summer of 1994, Defendant Dilbeck built a residence 7 on a lot immediately ._~djacent 'to Plaintiffs' home, with a street 8 address of 7251 Daisy street, springfield, Oregon. 9, 5.. 10 Defendant c~ty of Springfield was the prior owner of such lot 11 and was or' should have been aware of its configuration and 12 13 14 IS 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 ,25 26 unsuitability for construction without measures being taken to ensure that ,such construction, did not impair ~he natural drainage in the area, 'including the drainage of Plaintiffs' lot. 6.
