PRIVATE STORM W A 'fER DISPOSAL AREA
Know all men by these presents; that Cummins Iitvestment, L.L.C:, an Oregon Limited
Liability Company, is the owner of Lots 13 and ] 4 of Thurston Place, as platted and
recorded in. Lane County Plat Records as County Survey File No.40563
Further; in the course of development of these two parcels a Private Storm Water
Disposal Facility was constructed on a portion of said Lot ] 4 for the benefit of said Lots
13 and 14, their heirs or assigns. Following is the description of said Faci]ity:
Beginning at a point on the North line of Lot ]4 of said Thurston Place which is] 1.99
feet West of the Northeast comer of said Lot; run thence West 19.00 feet; thence South
5.00 feet; thence East 19.00 feet; thence North 5.00 feet to the place of Beginning, in
Springfield, Lane County, Oregon.
NOW THEREFORE; The above described is hereby established as a Private Storm
Water Disposal Facility tor the benefit of said Lots 13 and 14, their heirs and assigns.
The costs of maintenance and operation shall be shared equally by the owners of said
Lots] 3 and 14, their heirs or assigns.
