Original boiler proposal was for a 420,000 btu/hr rated boiler. Received phone call from Jack Y ousey at Solarc Architecture and Engineering confirming boiler rating to be less than 400,000 btu/hr. This boiler rating will place the bioler room uner 1998 Oregon Structural Specialty Code Section 302.5, Exception 1, exempting the 1 hour occupancy separation requirement.
