Modifications to Approved Site Plan Review DRC2009-00029
Please find attached a revised sheet C-002 and an additional partial plan revision to the site utilities for the
Afiya Apartments. These revisions are required because existing conditions differ from those originally
understood during the site plan review process of the project. We hope that these revisions can be
approved administratively, rather than through a Minor Modification process.
The revisions on the full sized sheet are as follows:
I. Replacement of the existing sanitary line to the church with a new tee connection for the relocated
trash enclosure.
2. Revised location for the future Phase II sanitary line to the newly recorded ea",ment for the
sanitary line that formerly served the soon to be demolished triplex on Tax lot 4600.
The revisions on the 8.5 x II sheet are as follows:
I. SUB's relocation of the new public waterline which allows us to make our connection outside of
the street.
2. New property line alignment and 7' ft PUE across part of TL 4600 due to the City's recent
decision to vacate a portion of the right-of way. We are in the process of recording both the
Property line Adjustment and the new easement.
3. Relocation of the FDC to the "new" comer of TL 4600. This will broaden our options for Phase
II development.
