DETERMINED BY EXTENDING A PREVIOUSLY DEFINED ZONE
LINE EASTERLY THROUGH THE SITE.
2. EXCEPT WHERE NOTED OTHERWISE HEREON, ALL UTILITIES
ARE AVAILABLE FOR CONNECTION ALONG THE FULL
