I am authorizing Gordon Drake, Rick Freeman, Garrick Doll, and Tim Way ofOBEC
Consulting Engineers to perform the special inspection required by Section 1701.5 of the
Oregon Structural Specialty Code for concrete reinforcement, concrete placement, structural
wood, and masonry construction. They are well qualified. Gordon and Rick will be inspecting
the majority of the time.
If you require resumes please call me. Iwill still be approving shop drawings and responding
to field questions. They will bring exceptions to my stamped, signed plans to my attention.
