OF SPRINGFIELD, a municipal corporation, in Lane County, Oregon, hereinafter referred to as the Grantee.
WITNESSETH: In Consideration of the acceptance by Grantee and the use or holding of said easement for
present or future public use by Grantee, Grantors hereby grant, bargain, sell and convey unto the Grantee, a
perpetual easement 7.00 feet in width, together with the right to go upon said easement area hereinafter
described in Exhibit. A" for the purpose of constructing, reconstructing, maintaining and using PUBLIC um.mes
which may hereafter be installed on the following described property, ta--wit:

BEING two portions of the lands that were conveyed to Amigos III. LLC, an Oregon Umited Uabilfty Company,
(1) as "Tract 1 after Property Line Adjustmenr in "Exhibrt A" of that certain Property Line Adjustment Deed thaI
was recorded December 21, 2005 at Recorde~s Number 2005-101301 in the Official Records of Lane Count;,
State of Oregon; (2) as "Parcel 1" in "Exhibit A" in the Statuto,,! Warrant; Deed that was recorded May 13,
2005 at Recorde~s Number 2005-1l34709 in the Official Records of Lane Ccunt;, State of Oregon; (3) in
"Exhibit D" in the Property Une Adjustment Deed that was recorded March 20, 2006 at Recorder's Number
