RE: Amigos III - PRE2009-00020 (Pre-Submittal Partition Plat) 5815 A Street
Hi Karen,
On the Amigos III Partition Plat, I had calculated that their deadline for final plat submittal to be Jan 17, 2010. I
contacted the surveyor (Branch Engineering, Renee Clough) just before Christmas 2009 about the upcoming deadline,
and she said she would let the developer know that they needed to complete the plat or try for another pre-sub meeting
to extend the final plat submittal date. I didn't hear anything, and I phoned Renee on approximately Jan 13 to see the
status and she said the developer was not ready to develop the property at this time, and they didn't think it would be
ready in the near future, so they decided to let it expire.

Would you do me a favor and send me a quick e-mail stating that you have been in contact with Amigo's
surveyor and what they had told you regarding the partition plat. I'd like to have a copy to put into the file.
