Enough existing lawn and subgrade will be removed to create 2 drive lanes (1 for each side of the cart), installation of the coffee kiosk and a planted swale for storm water management. The remaining landscape area will remain as lawn and may be outfitted with some picnic tables for the customers. There are no plans for future expansion. There will more than likely be 3 -4 employees (in shifts). Location and height of existing or proposed fences, walls, outdoor equipments, storage, trash receptacles and signs. Indicate if the existing trash enclosure on the site will be used by Just Brew I!. . Trash that will be generated is minimal. There will be a standard size residential can inside the building which will meet the screening requirements.
