Dear Carrie,
As you may remember from our conversation several weeks ago, I will be opening up a Drive-thru coffee stand adjacent to
your building on Gateway Blvd. sometime this Spring.
I recently met with a few City of Springfield representatives about my plans and was informed that I am required to provide
a covered bike area for my employees. Due to the extra cost, I would like to avoid adding one to my site, if possible, so I
thought I would contact you to see if we could come to some sort of agreement.
