Andy,
I've reviewed the Proden application, and visited the site. The existing driveway has adequate vision clearance, and the
existing fence on the west side will cause no problems before the dwelling on Parcell is built and occupied.
The only other comment is the aside where the applicant hopefully misquoted Condition #10 and said they "were
advised that the future dwelling on will be addressed off 'Vere Drive' ..."
As my comments will be brief, please leave room for me to exit early so that I can work on other projects.
