During my inspection 1 noticed
that main electrical panel had
been changed, when 1 looked at
the meter the seal had been cut.
There is no electrical permit or
inspection for this work. 1 notified
SUB of the cut seal and also
wrote up correction for the panel,
NOTE the pemit for the new
panel and wiring for hvac
equipment shall be double
fee. Ther has also been other
wiring done that does not meet
NEe requirements and will need
to be repaired.
Repaired existing electrical panel.
Need to remove garage circuit
from inside of meter and riser and
recall for inspection.
