review of an AI5 that was on time and on schedule. It was on good recognition and advice that we (Amy, Andy and I)
decided to pull it off consent for more input, subsequently moving it to the next regular session. The email you see
below from Amy was the fastest we could communicate;-)

Hi Amy, since I haven't had a response from Jim McLaughlin regarding his testimony at the public hearing, I would like to
postpone second reading until the issue is addressed. Can you tentatively place the item on the February 15 agenda (or
