Linda:. CIBL - Council was supportive and adopted the resolution to adopt the CIBL. They reiterated that they want to
make sure that the DLCD's concerns were addressed and that the City's position was defensible.
Andy: Annexation of 19th Street - The Mayor asked that you follow-up with Mr. Jim McLaughlin regarding his concerns of
traffic and maintenance for adjacent property owners such as himself. Make sure those issues as well as the issue of
emergency vehicle access were addressed for all concerned. Continue to work with the County regarding the barrier.
GinofTom B: MPC Discussion on STP-U Framework - Mayor Leiken asked to be kept in the loop on this issue and the
County's position for additional measures of success for reduction of vehicle miles traveled from STP-U projects. Make
sure ODOT understands that it is the County holding up this project. Let the Mayor and the rest of the Council know if
there is anything they can do regarding contacting State legislators about this issue.
Matt/Gino/Amy: Surplus Property - Councilor Pishioneri asked about putting a link on the City's webpage regarding
surplus property that was available for sale (separate from the legal notice of the public hearing). Work with PWand IT to
get something like that in place.
