Dear Contractor:
On May 15th, you carne to our office to purchase your permits for the construction of a
single family to be built at the above location.
When your permits were issued, the plans examiner helping yqu issued you the wrong
permit. You have been working under a pemiit for the neighboring property, even
though the correct plans were returned to you. We have .now corrected our records and I
am mailing you a new permit for your records and one tobe returned to us after you have
signed it. You will also be receiving a refund in the mail in the amount of $58.38 which
is the difference between the permit that was calculated for your project and the amount
you paid. Our error in no way affects the validity of your permits or your project as
submitted and approved,
