Todd: let me know when you plan to head out there, and I'll arrange for the final site inspection at the same time.
Today is not good, but my schedule is pretty open the rest of the week.

The vegetation looks like it survived the rain so far. let me know when you guys would like to come out for a site
inspection. I am not planning on being away from the mill at all for the next several weeks, so I should be able to fit your
schedule.

If it isn't too bad weather-wise today, I will check on the site and see how are new vegetation is doing. If it looks good, I .
will let you know, and we can schedule an inspection. Hopefully, it did not all get washed away with the heavy rain that
we have had.

Ruth,
I do not need to be involved with closing out the COM case, but you can contact me to close the LDAP file (case#
LDP2009-00061) when all disturbed ground is stabilized and vegetation is re-established. When we receive this request,
we will conduct a final inspection to determine if the erosion and sediment control measures can be pulled. If the site
passes the inspection, we will close the permit.
