encroachment permit for a new tap.
Encroachment fee and blank
application included in building
permit package. Applicant is
required to submit application to
PW's for PW's Maintenance
approval and issuance prior to any
work in the public road right of way

2. SDC impervious surface fee
added for future driveway
pavement.
3. Sidewalk, curbcut, storm sewer
weepholes, and driveway paving to,
be constructed under Public
Improvement Project #30408.
4. Private sanitary sewer easement,
, as shown on building permit siteplan
to be drawn on recorded subdivision
plat.
To Request an inspection call the 24 hour recording at 726-3769. All inspection requested before 7:00 a.m.
will be made the same working day, inspections requested after 7:00 a.m. will be made the following work
day.
Erosion/Grading Inspection: After all erosion measures are in place.
Ufer Electrical Ground: Install ground rod at footing and call for inspection in conjunction with footing and/or
foundation inspection.
Slab: To be made after all inslab building service equipment, conduit piping and other equipment items are in
place but prior to concrete.
Manuf Home Set Up: When installation of all piers or stands is complete.
Final ManufHome Set Up: After all required inspections are requested and approved and porches, skirting,
decks, venting, street address numbers, trees, driveway, etc. have been installed.
ManufHome Plumbing: After home has been connected to water and sewer.
M H Electric: When blocking, setup and plumbing inspections have been approved and the home is connected to
the panel.
M H Service: Approval required prior to utility company energizing service.
MH Pedestal: Approval required prior to utility company energizing service.
Water Line: ,Prior to filling trench and including required testing.
Sanitary Sewer Line: Prior to filling trench and including required testing.
Storm Sewer Line: Prior to filling trench.
