I spoke to Mike Spaeth about this, given ODOT's interest in Main Street. They are comfortable allowing the plans
to go through with the one brick encroachment, without anyone's formal action. Dan and I are both of the same
opinion. Let's just show the facing on the plans and not take any formal steps on the presumed encroachment.

Subject: A-3 Right-of-way Encroachment
Galen,
After our conversation this morning J spoke with Assistant Public Works Director Len Goodwin about the desire for
a slight encroachment into Main Street right-of-way by the new A-3 building face. Understanding that the subject
right-of-way is city jurisdiction, Len confirmed that City Council action would be required for such an
encroachment to be allowed.
