RE: A3 Addition and Remodel and Pocket Park
Dear Joel,
This letter is the third notification to Willamalane that the pocket park on Main Street between 6'h
and 7th Streets is slated to be demolished starting June 16, 2008. Two phone calls, on April 21
and 28, 2008, were made stating the same information.
Per the Site Plan Review Staff Report and Decision dated April 14, 2008, Condition 19 states
that the "applicant shall coordinate with Willamalane regarding the removal of any Willamalane-
owned plantings or fixtures". If no response/action is made before June 16, 2008 all plantings
and fixtures will be removed and discarded by the contractor.
Please contact me to coordinate removal of any desired amenities or if you have any questions
or require additional information. Thank you for your attention to these matters.
