I've attached my comments for this DRC for the Ash property. I also ran the possibility of reducing the aisle width
requirement by Brian, and we decided to leave it as is. The biggest aspect I see is that the lot is zoned HI, so the vehicles
are not going to be smaller than average, but rather larger. Reducing the requirements would not, therefore, be
appropriate.
