RE: Site Plan Review Modification Review
Liz,
Thanks,
I would agree the existing site plan is a little hard to use,
I will have it redrawn with the as built as well as any new changes for phase 2
Let me know when I can see the revisions
so I can incorporate them into the revised site plan.
Regards,
John Ash

Subject: Site Plan Review Modification Review
John and Nancy,
I have finished reviewing and writing the decision for the Site Plan Review Modification for phase II at
2187 South F Street and just submitted it to Jim Donovan for review. I wanted to let you know about one
item early. Because of some of the comments from the divisions about incompleteness and some changes
which have occurred on site, the Final Plan Submittal will need to be drawn by a professional approved by
the City of Springfield.
After talking with Jim, this does not necessarily need to be a licensed engineer. It could be an architect
or landscape architect. Every Site Plan Review and modification comes in as a tentative plan and then a
final is required including the conditions of the decision. We were 'able to use the existing plan as
tentative but in order to have more clarity and add the conditioned items it needs to be drawn by a
professional. .
Please let me know if you have questions. You should receive the decision sometime next week.
Sincerely,
Liz Miller
