Tn reference to the conditions set forth in the planning decisions Case Number DRC 2009-000 II
Condition # I ,
The power pole shown in the approved plan of 1997 will be relocated to inside the property line in an
upslope position.
Condition # 2,
The final site plan will show a Public Utility Easement granted in the south most 10' of the described
property.
Condition#3,
The current easements will be provided as requested. .
Condition#4,
The vegetation along the front of the property in the ditch shall be maintained as to provide drainage for S,
"F" street.
Condition#5,
The Bio-Swale is scheduled for rehahilitation this sununer.
Condition#6,
The recycling containers are used just for inert materials, i.e. wood ,steel and aluminum will have a
enclosure provided for phase I and a recycling enclosure with a drain will be provided for phase 2.
Condition#7,
Future tenants uses will be in accordance with the allowable uses for the H.I. zoning.
Condition#8, .
A lease agreement will be provided at the time of pian submittal indicating the water district overlay
conditions.
Condition#9,
All tenants do sign an agreement to comply with Springfield Development code in regards to combustibles
and any other codes which are applicable.
Condition # 10,
The final site plan shows a 70' distance between phase I and phase 2. A 24' roadway ,6' for sidewalks
,36' for parking and an additional 4' for ease of use.
Condition# II,
The trash enclosures will be in the described location at the rear of phase I in a covered enclosure.
The C02 tank is being relocated.
Condition# 12,
The existing light pole will be removed.
Condition# 13, .
Permission for access to remain to the Booth Kelly Haul Road is requested.
Condition # 14,
If no access is granted to Booth Kelly road the gate shall be welded shut .
Condition # 15,
If the access is not granted to the Booth Kelly road the concrete shall be removed and the bio-swal.

Condition# 16, .
The vehicles and storage behind the described property is not in my control and I cannot say who's
property is who's, but I will see if! can fmd out and have the property removed.
