MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING OF
THE SPRINGFIELD CITY COUNCIL HELD
MONDAY, JUNE 14,2010
. The City of Springfield Council met in regular session in the Jesse Maine Meeting Room, 225
Fifth Street, Springfield, Oregon, on Monday, June 14,2010 at 6:30 p.m., with Mayor Leiken
presiding.
ATTENDANCE
Present were Mayor Leiken and Councilors Ralston, Lundberg, Wylie, and Simmons. Also
present were City Manager Gino Grimaldi, Assistant City Manager Jeff Towery, City Attorney
Joe Leahy, Clerk III James Larson, and members of the staff.
Councilors Leezer and Pishioneri were absent (excused).
CONSENT CALENDAR
IT WAS MOVED BY COUNCILOR RALSTON WITH A SECOND BY COUNCILOR
LUNDBERG TO APPROVE THE CONSENT CALENDAR. THE MOTION PASSED
WITH A VOTE OF 4 FOR AND 0 AGAINST (2 ABSENT - LEEZER AND PISmONERI).
1. Other Routine Matters
a. Approve the May 18,2010 Primary Election Report of Board of Canvassers and
Proclamation for Springfield City Council Positions for Ward 1, Ward 2, and Ward 5.
