Molly-
Typically when we put together a permit/construction, westrip away some of the information on the site plan provided for
your review of zoning and planning issues addressed during Site Review, For clarity of the bidding process, I need to
describe only what is being constructed. For example, I would typically remove notes about the common open spaces,
parking counts and the percentage of window area on the front of the building. Also, specifically for this project, I would
like to remove most of the information about the gravel parking on lot #4600. I will definitely keep the setback
dimensions on the site plan. Is this acceptable to you?
Did Jon Oakes get the information to you for the Pl application?
