Subject: RE: Review of Afiya PLA, 5UB2009-00016 Chris, Thanks for your comments, Attached is what I assume is the PLA deed - feel free to review and let me know if you have any concerns. As to the Easement, it has been required as part of the concurrent Site Plan Review approval, and but I do not have a draft yet. They are required to submit a recorded copy prior to finaliZing the PLA, but I can request that they send us a draft to review before they record it. Thanks! Did they provide drafts of the Property Line Adjustment deeds? I see that's a requirement of SDC 5.16- 120(B)(3), but not having done any of these reviews before I'm not sure if we are at that stage or past it, case it would be nice to take a look and review those, In any 1 Date Recelved:~ Planner: MEM . . . The only other thing has to do with the creation of the new 30 foot Access and Utility Easement and Maintenance Agreement. It would be nice to review a copy of that especially since they are creating the new parcel that only fronts the alleyway, and they state that they are requesting a waiver 'to the requirement under 'SDC 3.2-220(6) for this type of frontage. , " ,Let me kno'w if you have any questions.
