Anne,
Just wanted to let you know that I just got a phone message from Kip over in Building saying that he had a chance to talk
with Dave Puent (Building Official) about what they would accept from the project to allow for the 5 foot rear yard
setback on Tax Lot 4600. He said they would want some contractual language that states that the demolition of the
existing building, or part of the building that is creating the issue, will occur prior to occupancy of the new building. let
me know if you think this will be possible, and I'll write that into a condition of the PLA staff report. Thanks!
