Subject: SUB2009-00016 Afiya Property Line Adjustment
Please review the attached Type I Property Line Adjustment application for any issues or
concerns and submit your findings and conditions to me via email by August 31, 2009.
This application is to adjust the property lines between two adjacent tax lots. The adjusted
property boundaries will result in lots whose proportions are more conducive to mixed-use
residential development. You have already reviewed two associated applications for the subject
property, DRC2009-00029 (Site Plan Review) and DRC2009-00030 (Tree Felling Permit) for a
16-unit supportive housing complex.
The Criteria of Approval for property line adjustment applications can be found in SDC 5.16-125.
