This application is to adjust the property lines between two adjacent tax lots. The adjusted property boundaries will result in lots whose proportions are more conducive to mixed-use residential development. You have already reviewed two associated applications for the subject property, DRC2009-00029 (Site Plan Review) and DRC2009-00030 (Tree Felling Permit) for a 16-unit supportive housing complex. The Criteria of Approval for property line adjustment applications can be found in SDC 5.16-125.
