Box 22210 Eugene, OR 97402 Surveyor: David Wellman, PLS D Wellman Surveying 90686 Northrop Drive Eugene, OR 97402 Description of Proposal The applicant submitted a Property Line Adjustment Application to adjust the common boundary between two contiguous parcels fronting onto Main Street (McKenzie Highway). The affected parcels are Assessor's Map Number 17-02-35-00, Tax Lots 3702, 3705 & 3706. One parcel is currently vacant and abuts the eastern City limits. The second (Tax Lot 3702) is municipally addressed as 7390 McKenzie Highway and contains Springfield Memorial Gardens Cemetery. This application received tentative approval March 9, 2010. Final Map Approval Final Map Approval shall be granted upon receipt of copies ofthe recorded survey, property line adjustment deed or declaration, easements and agreements, and certification that the conditions of approval have been met. Copies of the recorded documents were delivered to the City on April 27, 2010. The recording numbers are as follows: . Property line adjustment survey- C.S.F. #41819, recorded 3/31/2010 .
