Subject: Tree replanting at The Pointe
Hi Andy,
You Might remember me from some email exchanges and your visiting The POinte where we had a good
discussion about location of trees that are to be planted. Since your visit I have been elected Chairman of
the Board of Directors and am committed to moving things along that have been stalled. There is a tree
replanting committee that will meet this evening for the first time. I will attend and encourage them to
elect a chairman and give the guidelines that have bee provided by the City. I will be gone for a week and
was wondering if the need occurs that one of the committee members could contact you if they had any
questions. I want this project completed and don't want it held up for additional information while I am
gone. So, if you get an email or phone call and the person identifies themself would you be willing to
answer what questions you could? If-not, I understand.
