L1MBIRD Andrew From: Sent: To: Subject: L1MBIRD Andrew Wednesday, February 03,2010 B:41 AM 'Brent Moon' RE: complete requirements Brent: According to the decision, the applicant has to prepare a revised planting plan and then proceed with the work. From discussions with Mr. Miller, my understanding was that the quote for tree cutting was good for the month of January and might be extended for a couple of weeks. I expect the work will get done by the end of the month. If not, the City will follow-up with the' Homeowners' Association to ensure the stump removal and replanting is done in a timely manner. If the HOA decides not to remove the 9 additional trees at this time (for whatever reason) no action will be taken aside from ensuring the replanting of 5 trees at the southwest corner of the site. Hope this addresses your concerns, and please let me know if you have any questions or concerns as the tree removal proceeds. I'm happy with it. Is there a time line as to when we must complete the requirements? What happens if a few weeks or months go by and nothing has been done? Can we have the stumps of the original 8 trees removed now? Thanks for your time and efforts. Brent Moon 541-741-3408 ~ 1 Date Received: ;p ldolo Planner: AL I
