I am a resident owner and very concerned about the direction the Chairman of the Board and Manager have taken and are taking the HOA. As an involved owner, I am most interested in maintaining not only my investment in terms of property value but that oflivability and enjoyability as well. As an owner, I truly appreciate your waiver, at least for now, of penalties/fines. I am hoping this matter will at least help temper the reckless behavior of the two folks on a power trip. They have tagged a number of 1 Date Received: i;.r/Jo/l) Planner: AL / " .' additional trees along Harlow RO!s well as within the complex to be rem!ed. With the City of Springfield's direction/assistance, I'm hoping owners can be involved in that decision; many want to be. Concerning the current issue at hand... I am hopeful that the unsightly stumps can be removed and other trees/foliage planted that will provide the following: . Pleasing Aesthetic Visual . Sound Barrier . Protection from Exhaust Fumes I believe this criteria is essential to quality ofIife, property values and healthy sustainability moving forward. Thank you for the "listening ear" and your involvement in addressing this situation. Please feel free to email or call me for additional input.
