I am not aware of any agreements or documentation] had with Mark regarding hospital kitchen grease waste. We have not typically regulated kitchen grease as part of the DWP program, though in general our recommended best management practices follow the same guidelines as the City stormwater program, that nothing other than clean water be allowed to discharge to the stormwater system. I believe the City stormwater staff would be concerned about kitchen grease running down the curb. A good contact there is Kim Singleton: 541-726-3626. Please let me know if! can help connect you with anyone else. Thanks, Amy Amy E. Chinitz Water Quality Protection Coordinator Springfield Utility Board 202 South 18th Street Springfield. What was your review/agreement/documentation regarding RiverBend Hospital kitchen grease waste with Mark Dahl? From the information I have, the procedures he set up for them to follow are not being followed. Back by the main hospital loading dock (outside) is the grease bin storage "doghouse" and there is grease all over the pavement and running down the curb. I have a very large concern about this, but only have emails from Mark about this subject, not any written protocols or procedures he may have agreed to possibly with your input/partnership. One of my areas of responsibility is hospital grounds, including this area and that is why I am concerned. Thanks! From: CHINm Amy C. Let's look at PeaceHealth-occupied spaces in this visit and then tenant spaces in our second. round (I would like to give them at least 24 hours notice when we visit their spaces). I have copied April Wyatt, our building Facilities staff on this email and by way of copying her, I am asking her to join us on our building survey tomorrow. Thanks! From: CHINm Amy C. I would be happy to do a 'j OWP walk thru of the RB Pavilion with you. There are only a few suites at the Pavilion that aren't occupied by PeaceHealth. Oregon Imaging, Walgreens and Willamette Valley Cancer Center. Maybe do this in two part? All PeaceHealth spaces in one visit and then all tenant spaces in another visit? Next Tuesday is very good for me all day, also Wed. AM (but I have a lunch meeting), and Thursday PM. Please let me know what works for you. As far as your vmm on an article to include Peace Health, of course we would be happy to participate in any way you wish. Good publicity is great! From: CHINm Amy C. The way we've done it at NW Specialty Clinics is to visit each clinic individually, so we may need to make more than one visit. My schedule is really open at the beginning of May (I work Tues - Thurs), so please let me know when would work for you. I hope all is going well. Best, Amy Amy E.
