RE: DWP inspection of RMP
Andy,
The latter. In my mind they are now in "operational" status. I will follow up with them, but in the same
way I do with all businesses on a regular basis. I believe it would be OK to close the Planning file.
I just scheduled an inspection for Willamette Valley Cancer Institute on May 20.
Thanks,
Amy

Hi Amy, will you be conducting a follow-up inspection, or has it been signed-off with the understanding that RMP staff is
responsible for addressing the outstanding items? Just want to update the status of our Planning case file for RMP>
Thanks
Andy

Amy,
9 AM Wednesday sounds good to me for our drinking water protection survey at the RB Pavilion (3377 RiverBend Drive);
let's plan to meet in the lobby and you can park in the attached parking garage. Let's look at Peace Health-occupied
spaces in this visit and then tenant spaces in our second round (I would like to give them at least 24 hours notice when we
visit their spaces).
I have copied April Wyatt, our building Facilities staff on this email and by way of copying her, I am asking her to join us on
our building survey tomorrow.
Thanks!

Two visits sounds like a good plan. How about starting with tomorrow morning (Wednesday)? Would
9:00 AM work?
Glad to hear that you can do the article. I think you should hear from the writer soon.

Hi Amy!
Sorry for the delay in my reply but we have been in hard core budgeting the past few weeks. I would be happy to do a
DWP walk thru of the RB Pavilion with you. There are only a few suites at the Pavilion that aren't occupied by
PeaceHealth. Oregon Imaging, Walgreens and Willamette Valley Cancer Center. Maybe do this in two part? All
PeaceHealth spaces in one visit and then all tenant spaces in another visit?
Next Tuesday is very good for me all day. also Wed. AM (but I have a lunch meeting), and Thursday PM. Please let me
know what works for you.
As far as your vmm on an article to include PeaceHealth, of course we would be happy to participate in any way you
wish. Good publicity is great!

Tamara,
During my last visit to the Annex we talked about the need to do a DWP check-in at the Pavilion. I just got
a call from the City that the file is still open, so we should definitely schedule a visit. The way we've done
it at NW Specialty Clinics is to visit each clinic individually, so we may need to make more than one visit.
My schedule is really open at the beginning of May (I work Tues - Thurs), so please let me know when
would work for you.
I hope all is going well.
Best,
Amy
