PeaceHealth Riverbend Medical Pavilion: Site Visit
Andy,
Just wanted to let you know that I did a DWP inspection at the Riverbend Medical Pavilion yesterday.
They have to make some changes to their inspection program and have to add some secondary
containment bins, but for the most part they are on track. I will type up my notes next week and send
them to you. I think, then, you will be able to close the file.
