Plans will need to be revised to include a proposed 7' PUE easement. 3. The original site plan for this development required a water quality bioswale be constructed at the south/east corner of property; however this water quality swale did not appear to be constructed. This bioswale will need to be constructed and inspected per original site plan. Because proposed partion will create separate lots, this storm water quality bioswale will be required to be located in a storm water easement. Please revise plans to include this required easement. 4.
