NOTE: Composition shingles installed on roofs having slopes between 2: 12 and 4: 12 shall be provided with two layers of#l5 felt installed shingle fashion under the roof covering. 11. Roof storm drains shall be provided to ,capture roof drainage. Storm drainage shall be piped to an approved drainage way. Drain lines within five feet of buildings shall consist of a material approved for use within buildings, such as ABs/bwv or PVC/DWV. Perforated drain lines used for sub surface drainage need not comply with this requirement. (R-801.3) . 12. All framing lumber assumed #2 grade Douglas Fir or equivalent unless otherwise noted with exception of wall studs and plate material. Comply with provisions for conventional light-frame wood construction unless otherwise noted. (Chapter 5,6,and 8) . 13. Garage walls located within six feet of manufactured homes shall have the wall facing the ,home protected by 5/8" type-x gypsum board applied to the garage side of the wall. Openings in such walls ,shall be protected with the equivalent of a 1-, '3/8" solid core door and shall comply with the insulation requirements for exterior doors when the door separates the garage from the residence.
