1. ELECTRICAL GROUNDING REQUIRED IN NEW FOUNDATIONS:
On new construction, a #4 concrete reinforcing-bar electrode at least 20' in
length shall be installed horizontally at or near the bottom of the concrete
footing at the location of permanent service entrance. A second bar, at
least 1/2 in diameter shall be stubbed up a minimum of 12-inches above the
floor plate line near the service entrance panel location. The stubbed up
