Our permit expired on October 16" 2006. ' Our understanding at that time 1;;!'L' ,. ..._ o8ific phase of construction was to be completed prior to calling for inspection of, , that phase. It is now our understanding that partially completed phases may be inspected to ensure adherence to code requirements. We had been activly working on construction, mainly on Saturday's with the help of friends up until the permit expired. Also, at the time our permit expired, Charles was recovering from gastric bypass surgery. We respectfully request your consideration in this matter.
