THIS INDENTURE, Made and entered into this 11th day of June'
1960. by and between Richard L. Barker and Donna Barker, husb&1d 8.l:Id wife
, hereinafter referred to as the Grantors,
and THE CITY OF SPRINGFIELD a municipal corporation, in Lane County,

Oregon, hereinafter referred La as the Grantee.

That the Grantors, for and in consideration of One Dollar to
them in hand paid, do hereby grant. bargain, sell and convey unto the
Grantee, a perpetual easement, twelve feet in ~dth for a sanitary
sewer. together with the right to go upon said easement area herein-
after described for the purposes of constructing, reconstructing,
maintaining and using said sewer across the following desc~ibed
property. to-wit:
The center line of said eaa~ment is described as follows:

Beginning at a point on the North line of Lot 8, 114 feet
West of the Northeast corner of said Lot. running thence
Southerly to a point on the South line of the North one~half
of Lot 9, said paint being 112 feet West of the Southwest
corner of the North one-half of Lot 9.
Said above described easement being located upon the
following described property:
Lot 8, and the Nl)rth one-half of Lot 9, Block 3, De Ra Park
Addition to Springfield as platted and recorded at page 4,
volume 11, Plat Rec..:01:,ds, of Une County. Oregon.
TO HAVE'AND TO HOLD the above easement to the said Grantee. its
heirs ,and assigns forever.
