NORMAL WORKING HOURS. Tl-tE CONTRACTOR AGREES TO DEFEND, INDEMNIFY AND HOLD
DESIGN PROFESSIONALS HARMLESS FROM ANY AND AUL LIABILITY, REAL OR ALLEGED, IN
CONNECTION \IIITl-t THE PERFORMANCE OF WORK ON Tl-tIS PROJECT
E. IT IS THE RESPONSIBIUTY OF THE CONTRACTOR TO VERIFY IN Tl-tE FIELD ALL
