resolved. Jeff Wisdom indicated
today that they are looking at
another lot that they may be moving
the house to instead. He told me
'he'd let me know early next week.

house 10' closer to the front
property line to avoid removing
anymore trees. He does not need a
tree removal permit as long as he
doesn't remove a total of more than
5 trees 5" or greater dbh(he has

driveway must be paved.
