Move is proposed to occur on April
10,2005. Willamalane SDC wi'l not
be charged. See attached memo.
On Hold until tree felling issue is
resolved. Jeff Wisdom indicated
today that they are looking at
another lot that they may be moving
the house to instead. He told me
he'd let me know early next week.

Jeff Wisdom called me today
(4/7/05) and said he will move the
house 10' closer to the front
property line to avoid removing
anymore trees. He does not need a ,
tree removal permit as long as he
doesn't remove a total of more than
5 trees 5" or greater dbh (he has
already remoyed 4). First 18' of
driveway must be paved.

Ufer Electrical Ground: Install ground rod at footing and call for inspection in conjunction with footing and/or
foundation inspection.
Footing: After trenches are excavated.
Foundation: After forms are erected but prior to concrete placement.
Slab: To be made after all inslab building service equipment, conduit piping and other equipment items are in
