4 Slab: To be made after all inslab building service equipment, conduit piping and other equipment items are in
place but prior to concrete.
5 Framing Inspection: Prior to cover and after all rough in inspections have been approved.
6 Manuf Home Set Up: When installation of all piers or stands is complete.
7 Final Manuf Home Set Up: After all required inspections are requested and approved and porches, skirting, decks,
venting, street address numbers, trees, driveway, etc. have been installed.
8 Final Building: After all required inspections have been requested and approved and the building is complete.
9 ManufHome Plumbing: After home has been connected to water and sewer.
10 MH Electric: When blocking, setup and plumbing inspections have been approved and the home is connected to
the panel.
11 MH Service: Approval required prior to utility company energizing service.

Whereas: Eileen Enright ( Grantor) is the owner of Tax Lot 5700 of
land described as follows: -
Servient Tract: Tax Lot #5700 owned by Eileen Enright or Assigns
Lot 5, Blk. 3, Valley View Addition to Springfield, as platted & recorded
in vol 3. pg. 31
Lane County Oregon Plat Records. Deed #486/11898
Dominant Tract:: Tax Lot 5900 owned by, Steve Shefcheck or assigns
Lot 7 bock 3 of Valley View addition to Springfield, Oregon, as platted
and recorded at page 31 volume 3, Lane County, Oregon, platt deed
#2426.
Therefore: By and through this instrument the Grator is creating a five
(5.00) foot wide rain water runoff easement, two and one half (2.50)
feet left and right of the following described centerline.
For the use ofwater runoff easement a 3" pipe will be buried l' down ,
and for this use only will this easement be used.
This easement crosses the servient tract for the benefit of the dominant tract as
shown on Exhibit "A".
Located 5' along property line commencing at the most easterly side of the lot
and running the entire length of the property from park street & terminating
at the city right of way running north and south.

; This easement is hot personal or in gross, but is to be appurtenant to each
and every portion of the dominant tract. . '
(1) This grant is made upon the following tenus:
(2.1) The Dominant Tract is grated the right to use the easement for rain water
runoff. '
(2.2) All costs and expenses incurred in the construction, repair and
maintenance of the rain water runoff service line shall be borne by the
Dominant Tract, however, any repairs necessitated by the negligence
or the misuse of rain water runoff service line by the Servient Tract or the Servient Tract's
agents or invitees shall be the sole resposibility of the Servient Tract.
The Servient Tract owner or a licensed, bonded contractor shall perfonu any construction
or repair work. Notice shall be given to the Servient Tract prIor to intiation of any work,
except in the case of an emergency, and all the grounds shall be returned to their original
condition after work has been completed.
(2.3) The Servient Tract shall, at times and without restriction, have the right to
use the easement property for the purposes not inconsistent with Dominant '
Tract's full enjoyment of the rights herein granted.
. (2.4) This grant of easement shall run with the land and shall be binding on and shall
inure
to the benefit of the Dominanat Tract and Servient Tract, their heirs, successors or
assigns.
