Public Works Review 04/27/2004 05/05/2004 WE VRJ Contacted Rainbow Valley and
Sandy of Nedco regarding siteplan
and SDC credit. Sandy will fax a
floor plan for credit. Siteplan does
not show sanitary and storm sewer
or curb closer. As per Rainbow
Valley and Nedco, applicant plans to
go to existing sanitary tap and take
storm sewer to street via weephole,
. existing curbcut to be closed and a .
new curbcut for each parcel, new
sidewalk for each parcel. Waiting
for SDC credit information.
Public Works Review 05/10/2004 05/10/2004 WI VRJ Building permit review is conplete
and fees are added, As per Don
Branch "if we cannot find
documentation that states no
sidewalks then we must require
them". According to street asbuilts
there is only 2 ft between the curb
and property line, ROW dedication
would be required. Working to see
if I can find any old documentation.

will be made the same working day, inspections requested after 7:00 a.m. will be made the following work
day.

Dfer Electrical Ground: Install ground rod at footing and call for inspection in conjunction with footing and/or
foundation inspection,
Footing: After trenches are excavated.
Foundation: After forms are erected but prior to concrete placement.
Post and Beam: Prior to floor insulation or decking,
Floor Insulation: Prior to decking.
Shear Wall Nailing: Before covering sheathing with finish materials.
Framing Inspection: Prior to cover and after all rough in inspections have been approved.
Wall Insulation: Prior to cover.
