Sandy will fax a floor plan for credit. Siteplan does not show sanitary and storm sewer or curb closer. As per Rainbow Valley and Nedco, applicant plans to go to existing sanitary tap and take storm sewer to street via weephole, . existing curbcut to be closed and a . new curbcut for each parcel, new sidewalk for each parcel. Waiting for SDC credit information.
