According to street asbuilts there is only 2 ft between the curb and property line, ROW dedication would be required. Working to see if I can find any old documentation. As per Al Peroutka, Ken Vogeney, Don Branch dedication of 4 ft of ROW, applicant is not required to place sidewalk. Survey has put together ROW dedication document and it is in the building permit file for the applicant to sign prior to issuance ofBP. To Request an inspection call the 24 hour recording at 726-3769.
