A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SPRINGFIELD AMENDING AND REST A TING THE
CITY OF SPRINGFIELD, OREGON RETIREMENT PLAN.
WHEREAS, the City of Springfield adopted the May 2005 Restatement of the City of
Springfield, Oregon Retirement Plan (the Retirement Plan); and
WHEREAS, the City of Springfield desires to amend and restate the Retirement Plan as
amended to date;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Springfield
that the City adopts the 2007 Restatement of the Retirement Plan effective July 1, 2007, and
directs the City Manager to execute the 2007 Restatement.
ADOPTED by the Common Council and approved by the Mayor of the City of
Springfield this 2d day of July, 2007.
