advance of submitting the Final Site Plan.

Andy,
In order to maintain the construction schedule for the Justice Center the City would like to make site
improvements and install the building foundation as shown in the Site Plan Modification approved on May 9,
2008. The Building Official will issue a permit for this' work with the understanding that Planning approves
proceeding. The installed items will be included as as-builts on the Final Site Plan. We are re of the Conditions
of Approval placed on the Site Plan Modification and assure you that all of them will be addressed on the Final
Site Plan. .
