Carole: The -30 day review sounds reasonable, but the overalltimeline will be somewhat dependent on timely
development review responses from City departments, outside agencies and the public. At Jim p's request we
have held off distribution of the Site Plan Modification packets until the Tree Felling application was submitted.
Now that this has been received, these applications will be mailed out concurrently for a 14 day public response
period. A DRC meeting date has not been determined for this application, but it should be scheduled for the next
available meeting time within the next 2-3 weeks.
Please let me know if you have any further questions about the review process. Thanks
Andy

Subject: Site Plan Modification for Justice Center
Gentlemen,
When we met at the end of last month to discuss PeaceHealth issues we had a chance to discuss the Justice
Center site plan modification. My notes indicate that we agreed that we should be able to complete the site plan
modification review in about 30 days once the site plan modification application was submitted.
We submitted the site plan modification (signed by Jerry Smith) on Thursday (April 10) Are we still on track to
complete the modification within 30 days? .
Please let me know what we can do to assist (e.g. sending out the public notices)
Thanks,
Carole
